Project Overview:
Ameliate partnered with researchers from the University of Oulu, funded by Finnish broadcaster YLE, to produce 360-degree videos for research purposes. This project was designed to create immersive content for academic study and was conducted at the Helsinki XR Center.

My Role and Responsibilities:
As the project lead for production, I was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the filming process. My tasks included:

Script Development: I wrote and commissioned scripts tailored to the research needs, ensuring each scene aligned with the project's objectives.
Location Scouting and Booking: I identified and secured the ideal filming location at the Helsinki XR Center, meeting logistical and technical requirements.
Casting and Direction: I recruited actors and directed the shots, ensuring the performances and visuals supported the immersive experience.
Logistics Management: I coordinated all production logistics, from organizing catering for the team to managing on-site resources.
Outcome and Impact:
With meticulous planning and coordination, we successfully completed filming, capturing all required scenes on schedule. The researchers later integrated the 360-degree footage into their studies, which contributed to the project’s success. Their positive feedback underscored the value of our collaboration and the production quality we delivered.
