Project Overview:
Gospel Time is a web and mobile platform designed to support community engagement for religious audiences, featuring social, content creation, and donation capabilities. As the UX Lead, I was responsible for crafting an intuitive and engaging experience that resonated with the target audience’s unique needs and preferences.

Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, I coordinated closely with the client, product owner, and development lead, ensuring that the project stayed on track and met both functional and experiential goals. This frequent communication allowed me to align design priorities with technical requirements and project timelines.

Design Process and Hands-On Contributions:

Workshops and Stakeholder Engagement: I organized and led workshops to gather insights, clarify requirements, and align on key design decisions. These sessions helped build consensus among stakeholders and establish a clear design direction.

Wireframes, User Journeys, and UX Writing: Starting with wireframes, I mapped out user journeys to ensure smooth navigation and interaction flows, optimizing the experience for both web and mobile platforms. My UX writing focused on clear, compassionate messaging that aligned with the platform’s purpose and tone.

Polished UI and Audio Branding: I developed a refined user interface that balanced usability with an inviting, approachable design. Additionally, I created audio jingles to enhance the platform’s identity, contributing to a memorable, cohesive experience.

Impact and Outcome:
Through a user-centered approach and continuous stakeholder alignment, we delivered a platform that met the client’s vision and provided a supportive space for community engagement and content creation. The positive feedback from stakeholders confirmed the value of our collaborative process and careful attention to detail.
